The Cyber Command and Control Center encompasses several critical components designed to enhance the state’s cybersecurity framework. Key features include:

Cyber Crime Command & Control Center: A centralized hub for managing cyber crime incidents and investigations.

Technology Assisted Investigation Center: Equipped with advanced digital forensic tools to aid in the investigation of cyber crimes.

CERT – Maharashtra: This entity will utilize AI-based threat intelligence tools to monitor and respond to cyber incidents, particularly those affecting critical infrastructure and national security.

Security Operations Center: A state-of-the-art facility dedicated to monitoring and responding to security threats in real-time.
- Cyber Center of Excellence: Focused on capacity building and raising awareness among citizens about cyber threats and preventive measures.
Grievance Management and Investigation
The command and control center will serve as a one-stop shop for grievance management, accessible through multiple channels, including a dedicated helpline (14407), a web portal, and a mobile app, set to be operational from October 15. The Nodal Cyber Police Station, along with 50 district cyber police stations, will investigate cases with the assistance of the Technology Assisted Investigation Center for both citizen and enterprise complaints. Furthermore, CERT-MH will coordinate with other agencies to address cyber incidents related to critical infrastructure and national security, providing proactive threat intelligence to the industry using AI technologies.

- Dedicated Infrastructure: A robust Command & Control Center located in Mahape.
- Integrated Technology: The platform is integrated with over 50 global forensic technologies, 17 threat intelligence tools, and 13 cybersecurity tools, leveraging AI and blockchain technologies.
- Expert Personnel: The center is staffed by more than 150 cyber crime forensics, investigation, and technology experts.
- Geographical Distribution: It enables the operation of 50 geographically distributed District Cyber Police Stations across the state, ensuring a widespread and effective response to cyber threats.
