The Cyber Command and Control Center encompasses several critical components designed to enhance Maharashtra’s cybersecurity framework:

Multi-Channel Grievance Management
One of the standout features of the Cyber Command and Control Center is its multi-channel grievance management system. Citizens can report cyber crimes through various platforms, including a dedicated helpline (14407), a web portal, and a mobile app, which will be operational from October 15. This accessibility ensures that individuals and enterprises can easily report incidents, facilitating a quicker response from law enforcement.
Advanced Technological Integration
The center boasts a unique infrastructure that integrates over 50 global forensic technologies, 17 threat intelligence tools, and 13 cybersecurity tools, all leveraging AI and blockchain technologies. This advanced setup is supported by a team of over 150 cyber crime forensics, investigation, and technology experts, ensuring that Maharashtra is well-equipped to handle the complexities of modern cyber threats.
