Maharashtra Launches India’s First Integrated Cyber Command and Control Center

The Cyber Command and Control Center encompasses several critical components designed to enhance cybersecurity capabilities:
- Cyber Crime Command & Control Center: A centralized hub for managing cyber crime incidents.
- Technology Assisted Investigation Center: Equipped with advanced digital forensic tools to aid in investigations.
- CERT – Maharashtra: A dedicated team utilizing AI-based threat intelligence tools to monitor and respond to cyber threats.
- Security Operations Center: A state-of-the-art facility for real-time monitoring and response to cyber incidents.
- Cyber Center of Excellence: Focused on capacity building and raising awareness among citizens about cyber crimes.
A One-Stop Solution for Cyber Grievances
The command and control center will serve as a one-stop solution for grievance management, accessible through multiple channels, including a dedicated helpline (14407), a web portal, and a mobile application. The Nodal Cyber Police Station, along with 50 district cyber police stations, will investigate cases with the assistance of the Technology Assisted Investigation Center for both citizen and enterprise complaints. Moreover, CERT-MH will address cyber incidents related to critical infrastructure and national security, coordinating with various agencies to ensure a robust response.

- Dedicated Infrastructure: A specialized command and control center located in Mahape.
- Integration of Technologies: The platform integrates over 50 global forensic technologies, 17 threat intelligence tools, and 13 cybersecurity tools, leveraging AI and blockchain technologies.
- Expertise: The center is staffed by over 150 cyber crime forensics, investigation, and technology experts.
- Geographical Reach: It enables 50 geographically distributed District Cyber Police Stations across the state, ensuring a comprehensive approach to cyber crime management.
